Budget 2024: चुनाव से पहले आए अंतरिम बजट में क्या है खास?

Budget 2024 | 31 जनवरी को राष्ट्रपति के अभिभाषण से शुरू हुआ संसद का अंतरिम बजट सत्र अपने दूसरे दिन में पहुँच चुका है.

Budget 2024 | 31 जनवरी को राष्ट्रपति के अभिभाषण से शुरू हुआ संसद का अंतरिम बजट सत्र अपने दूसरे दिन में पहुँच चुका है. 1 फ़रवरी को वित्तमंत्री ने संसद में इस सरकार का अंतिम बजट पेश किया. चूँकि यह अंतिरम बजट है अतः इसमें उन्ही योजनों और प्रावधानों की बात कही गई है जिसे सरकार के शेष कार्यकाल के दौरान अमली जामा पहनाया जाएगा. इस बजट में वित्तमंत्री निर्मला सीतारमण ने जहाँ नई योजनाओं और प्रावधानों की बात कही है वहीँ बीते 5 साल की उपलब्धियों की भी बात कही. आइये जानते हैं कि बजट में कौन-कौन सी महत्वपूर्ण बात कही गई हैं.

Budget 2024 की महत्वपूर्ण बातें

वित्त मंत्री के अनुसार उनकी सरकार 2047 तक भारत को ‘विकसित भारत’ बनाने के लिए संकल्पित है.
बीते 10 सालों में 24.8 लोग मल्टीडाईमेंशनल ग़रीबी (Mutidimensional Poverty) से बाहर आये हैं.
सरकार द्वारा 80 करोड़ लोगों को फ्री राशन दिया गया.
आंगनवाड़ी सेंटर्स को अपग्रेड किया जाएगा.
सभी आशा वर्कर्स और आंगनवाड़ी कार्यकर्ताओं को आयुष्मान भारत योजना का लाभ दिया जाएगा.
पीएम फ़सल बीमा योजना के तहत 4 करोड़ किसानों को लाभ मिला है.
बीते 10 सालों में 30 करोड़ महिलाओं को मुद्रा योजना के तहत लोन दिए गए हैं.
3 नए रेलवे कॉरिडोर बनाए जाएँगे. यह एनर्जी मिनरल एंड सीमेंट कॉरिडोर, पोर्ट कनेक्टिविटी कॉरिडोर और हाई ट्राफिक डेंसिटी कॉरिडोर होंगे.
5 इंटिग्रेटेड एक्वा पार्क बनाए जाएँगे.
जीवाश्म ईधन के आयत को घटाने के लिए ग्रीन हाईड्रोजन मिशन को बढ़ावा दिया जाएगा. साल 2023 में इसके लिए सरकार ने कुल 19 हज़ार 744 करोड़ रूपए खर्च करने की बात कही थी.
वायबिलिटी गैप फंडिंग के ज़रिए सरकार 1 गीगावाट तक पवन ऊर्जा के निर्माण पर खर्च करेगी.
कोयले के गैसीकरण और द्रवीकरण (gasification and liquefaction) के लिए साल 2030 तक कुल 100 मीट्रिक टन की क्षमता वाले संयंत्र स्थापित किए जाएँगे.
पब्लिक ट्रांसपोर्ट में ई-व्हीकल ख़ास तौर पर बसों को बढ़ावा दिया जाएगा. देश में चार्जिंग सुविधाएँ भी बढ़ाई जाएंगी.
बायोगैस ब्लेंडिंग को अनिवार्य करते हुए बायोमास सेग्रीगेशन मशीनरी को विकसित किया जाएगा.
