The Institute of Company Secretaries of India declared the CS Professional Programme result for the December 2025 session on February 25, 2026, at 11 AM. The CS Executive Programme result is set to follow at 2 PM on the same day. Candidates can check and download their scorecards at icsi.edu.
What Was Announced
ICSI released the CS Professional result as per its official schedule. The institute confirmed the announcement through an official statement: “Result of CS Professional Programme (Syllabus 2022) and Executive Programme (Syllabus 2022) Examinations, December 2025 Session would be declared on Wednesday, the 25th February, 2026.”
Subject-wise marks and the result-cum-marks statement are available on the official website alongside the result.

How to Check Your Result
Candidates can follow these steps to download their scorecard from the official website:
Visit icsi.edu and look for the link that reads “Click here to view Result and Download E-Mark Sheet.” Select the examination โ Professional or Executive. Enter your roll number and registration number. Your result will appear on screen. Download and save the scorecard PDF for future reference.
The login credentials required are the 17-digit registration number and roll number.

What the Scorecard Contains
The downloaded scorecard will include the candidate’s name, roll number, subject-wise marks, aggregate marks, overall percentage, pass or fail status, and All India Rank where applicable.
ICSI will physically dispatch the result-cum-marks statement for the CS Professional Programme to candidates at their registered addresses. Candidates who do not receive the physical copy within 30 days of the result declaration can contact the institute at exam@icsi.edu with their details.
The CS Executive scorecard will not be dispatched physically. Candidates must download it from the official website only.
What Comes Next
Candidates who qualify the CS Professional December 2025 exam can proceed with training and membership formalities as prescribed by ICSI guidelines.
Candidates who qualify the CS Executive December 2025 exam become eligible to apply for the CS Professional exam in the June 2026 or December 2026 session.
Those not satisfied with their marks can apply for verification of marks starting February 26, 2026. The last date to apply is March 18, 2026. Applications must be submitted at icsi.edu.
