Ground Report | New Delhi: Dalit groom bride by helicopter; A Dalit groom arrived at the house of the bride’s in-laws in a helicopter and hundreds of people gathered to see him in the Barmer area of Rajasthan. Tarun Meghwal, a Barmer resident, married a girl named Dhiya last night in the village near the border of Rajasthan.

According to the reports, Tarun Meghwal said his family wanted him to bring his bride in a helicopter. Tarun said that for some reason in the morning the people from the helicopter refused to go there. After this, Tarun spoke to another company and got another helicopter booked.

He said, “When we reached our village in a helicopter, a large number of people came there. And they warmly welcomed us. I am very happy that I have fulfilled the words of my family members, Tarun added.

Bride Dhia said: “My mother-in-law’s wish was that when I arrived after getting married, I would come in a helicopter, and today was the day that we fulfilled her wish”. (Dalit groom bride by helicopter)

Meena Mansooria, a relative of the groom, said that today we are very happy that the bride and groom are arriving by helicopter. We have been waiting since the morning. The whole family’s dream came true after the bride and groom arrived at Barmer by helicopter on Tuesday.

The groom’s father, Tilaram, said that Tarun is the only son and I wanted the son’s wedding to be memorable. My wife Parvati dreamed of bringing her son’s daughter-in-law home by sitting in a helicopter. Today our dream came true”.
