Israeli living in Himachal threatens an Indian, calls them ‘anti-Semitic’

A shocking incident of an Israeli tourist threatening an Indian woman in Himachal Pradesh has come to light on social media. The woman, who is a friend of a Twitter X user named Felis, had corrected an Israeli friend of hers who had posted an old video of a Palestinian attack on Israel as a recent one on Instagram.

Israeli threatens Indian, alleges anti-Semitism

The Israeli friend and her group then accused the Indian woman of being anti-Semitic and warned her not to come back to Himachal Pradesh, where they claimed to have made their home.

She posted on X, “My friend is living in Himachal since last 5-6 years. She made some Israeli friends. One of them posted a video on Insta (an old irreverent video passing it off as recent attack on Israel by Palestinians). My friend corrected her that bro it’s an old video”.

In Another post, she said, “Then these Israelis sat for a discussion on how my friend is anti-semitic. And this one guy texted her bf that if she (my friend) comes back to Himachal she won’t be able to live in peace here, he won’t let her stay; “she comes here you will have problems”.

Felis shared screenshots of the chat between the Israeli man and the Indian woman’s boyfriend, in which the former said, “This is my home, you are an outsider” and “She comes here you will have problems”.

Felis questioned the attitude of the Israelis who visit India as guests and then intimidate the local residents. He said, “This reaction and behavior when confronted with the truth are typical of the Zionist temperament.”

She further added, “So is this how every Israeli temperament is? They come to some land as guests and then threaten the natives? The gang is okay with sharing false narratives but someone corrected them and they start threatening. And the sad yet funny part is that Israeli guy literally said “THIS IS MY HOME, YOU ARE AN OUTSIDER.”

Israeli tourists in Himachal Pradesh

Himachal Pradesh has become a popular destination for Israeli tourists, who flock to the scenic valleys for “karmic cleansing, and an uninterrupted feast of drugs, adventure and sex”. The report also said that some places such as Dharamkot, Old Manali, Vashishth, Kasol and Tosh Village have nearly half of their population of Israeli nationality. Sign-boards in Hebrew have also begun to pop-up in the area.

The incident has sparked outrage among many Indians on social media, who condemned the behaviour of the Israeli tourist and demanded action from the authorities. Some also expressed solidarity with the Palestinian cause and criticized the Israeli aggression in the ongoing conflict.

Over time, the influx of Israeli tourists has given rise to a flourishing variety of restaurants, hotels, and shops designed to meet your specific needs.

With a sizable Israeli population in the area, it’s no surprise to find shop signs emblazoned with Hebrew script, while cafes and restaurants tempt visitors with a fusion of Israeli and local cuisine, presenting a delicious dining experience.
