Huge numbers of Salman Khan’s fans turned up to celebrate ‘Tiger 3’ day when the film released on Diwali, November 12. Now, social media has surfaced videos of his ardent fans celebrating the film’s release.

Someone shared a video on X (formerly known as Twitter) showing fans bursting firecrackers inside Mohan Cinema in Malegaon, in Nashik district in Maharashtra. The video also shows other fans running to a safe space inside the theatre.

“Salman Khan’s ‘Tiger 3’ hit screens in multiple languages on November 12. The film earned over Rs 44 crore on its opening day at the box office.”

Meanwhile, we have seen many videos surfacing on social media showing fans bursting firecrackers inside a theatre in Malegaon. Reportedly, someone took the video inside Mohan Cinema in Malegaon in Nashik. As fireworks continued for over a minute, we saw many fans, seated inside the theater, running to a safe space in hope of escaping uninjured.

The police are now starting an investigation into it. Chavani police station has registered a case against Mohan Theater under Section 112. They have also taken two people into custody.

The official said that the police are currently registering an offense under sections 435 (mischief by fire or explosive substance with intent to cause damage) and 336 (act endangering life or personal safety of others) of the Indian Penal Code.

Salman Khan fans burst firecrackers

A group of moviegoers created a ruckus outside the theatre and added that the police are investigating the incident.

“Salman Khan reacted to the viral firecrackers incident that occurred during the screening of ‘Tiger 3’ in Malegaon. He posted on X (formerly Twitter), “I’m hearing about fireworks inside theaters during Tiger3. This is dangerous. Let’s enjoy the film without putting ourselves and others at risk. Stay safe (sic).”
