The city traffic police have announced a traffic diversion plan near Pul Bogda due to the construction of a new metro station under the Bhopal Metro Rail Project. The diversion will be in effect from May 28 to June 27 to ensure public safety during the ongoing work.

Heavy and medium vehicles, along with buses, will face complete road closures on two main routes: from Prabhat Square to Bharat Talkies via Pul Bogda, and from Prabhat Square to Jinsi Dharm Kanta and Maida Mill via Pul Bogda. Light vehicles and two-wheelers will have one side of the road closed on the stretch from Pul Bogda to Shiv Mandir Road, in front of Jinsi.

Return to Prabhat Square: Sangam Talkies Trisection → Bharat Talkies Overbridge → Station Bajaria Trisection → 80 Feet Road → Parihar Square (Ashoka Garden) → Prabhat Square

Light and Two-Wheelers One side of Pul Bogda → Shiv Mandir Road (in front of Jinsi) One side of the road from Pul Bogda to Shiv Mandir (in front of Jinsi) remains open toward Bharat Talkies

For heavy and medium vehicles, the alternate route to reach Bharat Talkies or Railway Station Platform No. 6 from Prabhat Square will be through Parihar Square (Ashoka Garden), 80 Feet Road, Station Bajaria Trisection, Bharat Talkies Overbridge, and Sangam Talkies Trisection. The return route from Bharat Talkies or Railway Station to Prabhat Square follows the same path in reverse.

Light vehicles and two-wheelers can continue using the open side of the road from Pul Bogda to Shiv Mandir towards Bharat Talkies. The traffic police have asked all commuters to follow the new traffic patterns and cooperate during the diversion period to avoid disruptions.
