Ground Report | New Delhi: Minor girl alleges rape ; A 17-year-old girl in UP’s Lalitpur district on Tuesday lodged a police complaint against 28 people, including her father and some Samajwadi Party (SP) and Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) office-bearers, for raping her for the past several years.

Based on her complaint, the Lalitpur Police has registered an FIR under section 354 against 28 people including the girl’s father, SP District President Tilak Yadav, SP Nagar President Rajesh Jain Jojia, BSP District President Deepak Ahirwar. According to the complaint, the girl has alleged that when she was in class 6, her father lured her to have a physical relationship by showing her obscene movies, but she did not do so.

Later, her father bought her new clothes and took her for a ride on a motorbike on the pretext of teaching her to drive. He took her to a deserted field and raped her, warning her to keep quiet or he would kill her mother. (Minor girl alleges rape)

Shortly after the incident, the father began regularly taking her to the inn, where she was gang-raped by several men.
