Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath while campaigning in Bihar, said that the Central Government has abolished Article 370 and given license to other states to buy property in Kashmir.

Talking on Article 370, Yogi said that some people felt very sorry for removing Article 370 from Kashmir. He said that Congress leader Rahul Gandhi and AIMIM leader Asaduddin Owaisi suffered the most in these.

Whereas the Modi government has abolished Article 370 and given a license to buy property in Kashmir in the hands of people of other states. He said that people of Jamui can also build houses in Kashmir by taking land. If the Kashmir terrorist sees it, the Indian soldier will be shot in his eye. He said that now Imran is also scared of India.

People from this part of the country, desirous of visiting Kashmir, may rest assured. Anybody who casts a malevolent glance at them will have bullets pierced between their two eyes, said the seer-politician, evoking a thunderous applause

The Chief Minister said that every person of India’s good standing with Prime Minister Narendra Modi wants to work with them step by step. Addressing an election rally in Jamui, Yogi targeted the Congress. During this, he said that Congress leaders are engaged in praising Pakistan, can the interest of the country be imagined from such leaders?

The government notified the Jammu and Kashmir Grant of Domicile Certificate (Procedure) Rules, 2020, on May 18 this year and allowed different categories of non-locals, including non-local government employees, to register for domicile certificates.

  1. Under the domicile rules, all those persons and their children who have lived for 15 years in Jammu and Kashmir or have studied for seven years and appeared in class 10 or 12 examinations in an educational institution in the UT are eligible for domicile certificates.
  2. Children of central government officials, all India service officers, officials of PSUs and autonomous body of the central government, public sector banks, officials of statutory bodies, central universities and recognised research institutes of the Centre, who have served in Jammu of Kashmir for a total period of 10 years, will also be eligible for domicile status in Jammu & Kashmir.
  3. Besides, all those migrants and their children who are registered with the relief and rehabilitation commissioner will be granted a domicile certificate.
  4. Children of those residents of Jammu and Kashmir who reside outside the Union Territory in connection with their employment of business or other professional or vocational reasons have become eligible for grant of domicile status.
