The Supreme Court warned the Central Government on the supply of oxygen in Delhi and said that we should not force us to take a tough path.
During Sunnavai on Friday, Judge Chandrachud and MR Shah said that 700 MT oxygen is not supplied in the capital every day, but we have to supply so much every day and we are very serious about it.

The court made these comments after giving details of the Centre’s “comprehensive plan” for allocation, supply and distribution of oxygen in the capital Delhi.
Judge Chandrachud told Solicitor General Tushar Mehta, who is favoring the Central Government, “You start at 700 mt and then as soon as you move, you talk of getting containers. We do not have container drivers. We want 700 MT daily and we are very serious about it. “

The judge said, “We do not mean to supply 700 MT a day.” We mean to do this every day until the conditions are reviewed. Please do not create the situation that we have to take a hard way. “
Due to increasing infection in the second wave of Corona virus, the crisis of lack of oxygen has arisen in the capital Delhi.

On May 5, the Supreme Court asked the central government to prepare a comprehensive plan to supply 700 MT of oxygen to Delhi.
The court said that the lack of oxygen has created a very worrying situation in the capital.
