Rajasthan Transfer Policy: Why We Want Transfer is trending?

Ground Report | New Delhi: Rajasthan Transfer Policy; The education department of Rajasthan has finalized the draft transfer policy (3rd class teacher transfer policy). 85 thousand third grade teachers in Rajasthan are waiting for transfers for a long time. At the same time, 5 months ago, online applications were sought from the teachers of the state for transfers.

After removing the applications of the department, about 85 thousand teachers from across the state had applied for a transfer. During that time teachers from across the state had applied for transfer on the Shala Darpan portal.

The education department of the state had divided the posts according to the TSP and non-TSP areas for the transfer of teachers, after which teachers from across the state applied. However, there was anger among the teachers against the government for not being transferred even after a long time after the release of the application. At the same time, earlier the teachers had also staged a sit-in on the road against the government for the delay in transfers.

Apart from this, teachers have been raising the demand for transfers on social media for a long time. Education Minister BD Kalla has said that soon the transfer exercise of third-grade teachers of the state has started and the draft transfer policy has been prepared.

According to reports, third-grade teachers working in the dark zone must work in the same district for five years. There has been no transfer of teachers for more than 15 years. In the Department of Education, HM, Principals, Lecturers, Second Class and Grade III teachers are involved in deputation in Directorate, CBEO Offices due to method. At the same time, many Grade III teachers are involved in their nearest schools in the district. They are not removed even after the specified period.

However, the state government is not making the transfer list of 3rd class teachers unhappy with teachers and party workers. In one assembly constituency, the counting of posts is vacant and hundreds of teachers are ready to come. In such a situation, the government and the education minister have come out with a transfer policy to offset the discontent.
