कितना सफल है मध्य प्रदेश का आजीविका मार्ट?

बीते 1 अक्टूबर को कार्यकारी मुख्यमंत्री शिवराज सिंह चौहान द्वारा भोपाल हाट में आजीविका मार्ट (Aajivika Mart) का शुभारम्भ किया गया था. यह एक प्रदेश स्तर के मार्ट या बाज़ार की तरह स्थापित किया गया था जहाँ मध्य प्रदेश के विभिन्न ज़िलों में स्वसहायता समूह द्वारा बनाये जा रहे उत्पाद बेंचे जाने थे. इसकी लागत करीब 49 लाख 34 हज़ार बताई गई थी. इससे पहले हर ज़िले में पहले से ही रूरल मार्ट चलाए जा रहे हैं. इस प्रदेश स्तरीय मार्ट के संञ्चालन में ग़ैर लाभकारी संस्थान अमेरिकन इंडिया फाउंडेशन ने सहयोग प्रदान किया है. इसके अलावा मध्य प्रदेश स्टेस रूरल लाइवलीहुड मिशन (MPSRLM) और नाबार्ड (NABARD) ने इसे सहयोग दिया है.

“दीदीयों को सेंट्रल मार्केट मिला है”

अमेरिकन इंडिया फाउंडेशन के पवन कुमार कहते हैं,

“स्वसहायता समूह द्वारा पहले से ही उत्पाद बनाए जा रहे थे. इनकी बिक्री और निर्माता दीदीयों को एक मार्किट प्रदान करने की ज़रूरत थी. हमने यह मार्केट प्रदान किया है.”

कुमार कहते हैं कि जो उत्पाद अब तक ज़िले तक सीमित थे उन्हें प्रदेश की राजधानी में बिना किसी मिडिलमैन के तो बेचा जा सकता है. साथ ही उनका संस्थान इन उत्पादों की ब्रांडिंग करने का काम भी कर रहा है.

बुधवार दोपहर जब हम यहाँ पहुँचे तो माहौल बेहद ठंडा और सुस्त नज़र आया. मार्ट की अलग-अलग अलमारियों में मध्य प्रदेश के अलग-अलग उत्पाद रखे हुए थे. मार्ट के रिसेप्शन पर पवन के अलावा एक महिला हैं. मगर ग्राहक के रूप में कोई भी वहां नज़र नहीं आता है. हमने वहां मौजूद मार्ट की संचालक से भी बात करने की कोशिश की मगर वह हमारी बातों का जवाब नहीं देती हैं. मार्ट के अन्दर सामान तो काफी है मगर सवाल यह है कि क्या सच में यह सभी स्वसहायता समूह के लिए लाभकारी सिद्ध हो पा रहा है.
