A case has been registered against four people in the case of offering prayers in Nandababa temple of Mathura, Uttar Pradesh. Two of these people had offered namaz on October 29 in the temple premises.

This case has been registered in Barsana police station of Mathura under sections 153A, 295 and 505 of IPC.

These streams are associated with spreading disharmony among communities, insulting the shrine and criminal activity against any religion.

According to Mathura Superintendent of Police (countryside) Shresh Chand, a case has been registered on the basis of the complaint of the servants of the temple.

The case has been filed against people named Faisal Khan, Chand Mohammad, Nilesh Gupta and Alok Ratan who live in Delhi and are associated with a social organization called ‘Khudai Khidmatgar’.

Khudai Khidmatgar is a non-governmental organization in Delhi which claims to work for peace, brotherhood and goodwill.

In 2011, Faisal Khan started this organization again.

Mathura SSP Gaurav Grover has said Faisal Khan has been detained for questioning.

Faisal had said that he has started the process of obtaining advance bail.

Faisal said that his “aim of the yatra was to promote goodwill and brotherhood among all religions. His aim is not to hurt anyone’s feelings.”

At the same time, many people have opposed this after the pictures of Namaz in the temple went viral on social media.

Reports said that the temple complex was washed with Ganga water on Monday, a havan and yagna have also been done.

Some people associated with the Hindu society of Mathura have demanded an inquiry into the incident

Bhagwatacharya Sanjeev Krishna Thakur said, “The incident of offering namaz in the temple premises is shocking. The administration should check if there is any conspiracy to spoil the atmosphere behind it. Suspicion is arising after this incident. We Appeals to the government to investigate it and punish it if found guilty. “

On these allegations, Faisal says that he is ready for any investigation, his intention was not to hurt anyone’s feelings. They insist, “We had offered namaz on the request of the temple priest. We had a cordial conversation with him there.”
