Look at agricultural law as an experiment for two years: Rajnath Singh

Addressing a rally in Dwarka, Delhi, Defense Minister Rajnath Singh invited the agitating farmers for talks. Rajnath Singh said that all kinds of problems are diagnosed through dialogue.

The Defense Minister said that the Prime Minister wants the dialogue to continue with the farmers. Rajnath Singh said, “Let the agricultural law come into force and if it is not beneficial for the farmers then we are ready for the necessary amendment. Our government will not take any such step, which will affect the interests of farmers. No one has done as many steps as Prime Minister Modi has taken in independent India. Being born into a peasant family, there is immense reverence for the farmers who are on strike.

Rajnath Singh said, “Let it be used for two years. If once you feel that it is not beneficial for the farmers then we are ready to make all the amendments.

Rajnath Singh said that misconceptions about agriculture law are being spread. The Defense Minister said, “I know very well which provisions are in favor of the farmers and which provisions are against the farmers.” I have read the entire law and there is nothing anti-farmer in this.

Earlier Prime Minister Narendra Modi has stressed on the farmer movement, saying that in the name of opposition to the new agricultural laws, some parties are advancing their political agenda.

Modi has made this remark while talking to the farmers of different states who have taken advantage of the farmer schemes.

The Prime Minister said that the government is ready to talk to the farmers, but some political parties are not allowing these discussions for some political reason, despite many efforts from the government. He appealed to the farmers not to be seduced by anyone.

He said, “Some of the political parties which have been democratically rejected by the people of the country, whatever they are doing today by misleading some farmers, all of them despite repeated efforts of the government with humility. They are not allowed to be discussed for some political reason. “

The Prime Minister said that the government is ready to talk even to those who are against him, but the talks should be on issues, facts and arguments.
