Ground Report | New Delhi: Female journalist who interviewed Taliban; After gaining control of Afghanistan, Beheshta Arghand, a female journalist who interviewed Taliban leaders and made headlines around the world in a short time, left Afghanistan. The Taliban, who took control of the capital Kabul and several other key locations within 10 days, are now the country’s sole rulers. What is the future of Afghan women under the Taliban, the eyes of the whole world are fixed on it?

The Taliban, which has sent a moderate message on the issue, has taken an important step in recent weeks, and a student official attended a program hosted by Beheshta Arghand, a female host, and answered some tough questions. The interview, which was aired on Tolo News Channel in 2004, made headlines in different parts of the world in a short time and made Arghand a well-known journalist.
