The Higher Education Department in Gwalior has released a list of 36 colleges affiliated with Jiwaji University where several courses have been discontinued. This means Jiwaji University will not conduct any further inspections for the discontinued courses. Inspections will continue only for the valid courses that still have recognition from the Higher Education Department.
Many undergraduate and postgraduate programs across five districts—Gwalior, Morena, Bhind, Datia, and Shivpuri—are affected. The department has not issued No Objection Certificates (NOCs) for these courses, which led to their removal.
